Evolution, Emotion, Revolution:
The valve pre-amp soulshine2, based on our successful soulshine model, is VALVET’s new top-of-the-line product. Also in this case, tubes weren’t re-invented, but were used especially cleverly. Two directly coupled stages in one intelligent circuit – more isn’t needed to convey great feeling. The soulshine provides connections for 4 line inputs. All signal connections inside the housing are made with pure silver PTFE.
The soulshine2 is a complete double mono construction including an external double mono powersupply. It comes with a 48-position mechanical volume switch (with remote control) and a display beside the volume knob to show the position. This display can be dimmed and switched of completely with the full metal remote handset which also provides a „Mute“ function. There is only one capacitor in the signal path: a custom made for VALVET Evo silver/gold from MUNDORF. The feet are a custom made „Pro“ version from bFly-Audio.
The signal runs through two double triodes (ECC802S + ECC99). There is a choice of two outputs plus recording output or three outputs (standard).
No component-overkill, but perfect working conditions for the soulshine. All housing components are made of aluminum, between 2 und 12mm thick. The soulshine shows exceptional detail, plasticity and sound stage. Everything is played on a black/still background. The listener hears no tube noise, but many tube virtues. Voices really have body, strings have the right fluidity, and an electric guitar sounds just like it should. Especially the harmony between silence and dynamics captivates the listener right away. The soundstage and „being there feeling“ even betters the excellent soulshine preamp. Please compare with the very best preamps on the market. The s2 is JUST PURE MUSIC!

Pure performance
This little amplifier delivers 20 watts into 4 Ohms (12 watts into 8 ohms). At first glance this appears to be a bit stingy, but rest assured that this amplifier is quite capable of delivering the goods even when connected to speakers with 89 dB efficiency.
Pure music
The E3 power amplifier operates in Single-Ended-Class-A mode, with only one transistor in the output stage. We believe that the common practice of employing several transistors in parallel required to produce a higher output is detrimental to the sound quality. If you believe that you lack power, why not use a second pair of these little gems in bi-amping? For those interested in technical details: ultra-stabile power supply, pure dual mono construction (2 independent amplifiers sharing one box and one power cable). 120VA toroidal transformer for each channel, finest parts, pure silver wiring, extremely short signal paths.

The A4 power amplifiers, in common with all other VALVET amplifiers, have an extremely stable power supply which gives them an excellent ability to deliver current, thus keeping even the most difficult speakers on the market on a tight leash.
The A4 monoblocks operate in Push-Pull Class A mode with just a single pair of transistors in the output stage. We believe that the common practice to employ several transistors in parallel required to produce a higher output is detrimental to the sound quality.
A 400 VA toroidal transformer, 8 ultrafast 15 A rectifier diodes plus >200.000 µF of filter capacitors guarantee excellent performance. No capacitor in the pure silver wired signal path. “JUST PURE MUSIC!”
